Terms of Service.
Effective July 2, 2026. By opening a store with @sellixybot you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are and what Sellixy provides
Sellixy operates the @sellixybot Telegram product, including the platform, paid acquisition, product sourcing, global fulfillment, payments, and 24/7 buyer support.
We license you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to operate a Sellixy store under your account for as long as your subscription is active and these Terms are followed.
2. Your account and store
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You're responsible for keeping your Telegram account, payout details, and any 2FA secured. Activity inside your store from your authenticated Telegram session is treated as yours.
One person, one identity, one set of payout details. Using multiple identities to evade suspensions terminates all related stores.
3. The 4-hour order SLA
Every incoming order must be processed (approved, edited, or refunded) inside your Telegram store within 4 hours of arrival.
If you do not respond inside 4 hours, Sellixy auto-cancels the order and refunds the customer in full at our cost. The event is logged against your store's reliability score and does not deduct from your earned balance.
Repeated SLA breaches within a rolling 30-day window may pause new ad spend on your store until reliability recovers.
4. Payments, the 20%, Protected Balance and payouts
Sellixy charges a flat $25/month per active store, billed in advance. Failed billing pauses the store after a 5-day grace period.
You earn a flat 20% of every completed order's value. Sellixy does not take any cut of that 20%. The remaining 80% covers product, shipping, ad spend, payment fees, and platform.
Protected Balance: 26% of every incoming owner balance is automatically routed into your store's Protected Balance and held for 125 days from the date it was placed on hold. Funds in Protected Balance remain your property. Sellixy may draw from your Protected Balance to process pending orders on your behalf when your available balance is insufficient to fulfill an active order, so the store's 4-hour SLA and your reliability score are preserved. Each protected slice is released, first-in-first-out, into your withdrawable balance on the 125th day.
Withdrawals can be requested in chat any day your available (withdrawable) balance is at least $150. Protected Balance is not withdrawable until it is released. Payouts run twice monthly, on the 10th and the 25th. Requests missing a cutoff carry over to the next run.
A flat 8% withdrawal fee is deducted from each payout to cover banking rails, currency conversion, and cross-border settlement. The net amount is disclosed in chat before you confirm.
We may withhold a payout for verified fraud, chargeback investigation, or where required by law. We never deduct refund losses from your cleared, withdrawable balance.
5. Prohibited products and conduct
No counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, sexually explicit content, hate material, items requiring age-restricted licensing you don't hold, or anything illegal in the destination market.
No buyer harassment, no doxxing, no false advertising claims, no manipulation of Sellixy AI to misroute orders or payouts.
Sellixy may remove SKUs, pause ad spend, or suspend a store for violations. Earned, cleared balances are still paid out per schedule.
6. Intellectual property
Sellixy retains all rights to the platform, the @sellixybot AI, and Sellixy-generated storefront assets.
If you bring your own catalog, you keep ownership of your trademarks, product imagery, and content, and grant Sellixy a license to display, advertise, and fulfill those products while your store is live.
7. Termination
You can cancel any time by telling your store in chat. Cancellation stops the next $25 charge immediately. Open orders are honored to completion and final balances are paid out on the next scheduled run.
We may terminate immediately for fraud, prohibited products, or repeated SLA breaches. Cleared funds remain payable to you.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Sellixy is provided 'as is'. We don't guarantee specific revenue, conversion rates, or that any particular niche will perform — outcomes depend on market, geography, and your own decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellixy's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is capped at the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the prior 3 months, or (b) $250.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in chat to active operators with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Sellixy operating entity in your operator agreement. Disputes are first attempted in good faith via chat with a human teammate.
